Services and Rates

I provide in-person and telehealth counseling that can be billed to your health insurance provider. I provide home visits that are private pay only. I offer a free 15 minute initial phone call to see if we might be a good fit to work together.

Initial Intake

60 minute sessions $200.00

Individual Therapy

53 minute sessions $175.00

(18 and older)

Couples and Families (impact of cancer or grief/death)

53 minute sessions $200.00

Home Visits

60 minute sessions $225.00

(for home bound or end of life counseling within Portland area)

Parent Consultation

30 minute sessions $80.00

(cancer or terminal illness in the family)

Payments are collected at the time of service in the form of credit or debit cards through a secure online portal. I can provide a monthly "super bill" for you to submit to your insurance if you have an out-of-network benefit for reimbursement for the insurance carriers that I am not an in-network provider. Please contact your insurance provider to understand your coverage for in-network and out of network providers.

*Reduced fee services are on a limited basis but please inquire if you are experiencing a financial hardship and needing a reduced rate.

Cancellation Policy

I require a 24 hour notice for cancellation of a scheduled appointment to avoid being charged. If you have not notified me within that time frame, you will be required to pay the rate as follows within the calendar year:

First time: $100.00
Second time: $125.00

If there is a pattern of cancellations, we will discuss if you are able to continue to engage in the therapy process or if it is best to pause working together.
