Services and Rates

All of my counseling sessions are Telehealth with the exception of home visits. I offer a free 15 minute initial phone call to see if we might be a good fit to work together.

Individual Therapy

50 minute sessions $175.00 (able to slide if financial hardship)

(18 and older)

Home Visits

60 minute sessions $225.00

(for home bound or end of life counseling within Portland area)

Parent Consultation

30 minute sessions $80.00

(cancer or terminal illness in the family)

This practice is private pay and payments are collected at the time of service in the form of credit or debit cards through a secure online portal. I can provide a monthly "super bill" for you to submit to your insurance if you have an out of network benefit for reimbursement. Please contact your insurance provider to understand your coverage for out of network providers.

Cancellation Policy

I require a 24 hour notice for cancellation of a scheduled appointment to avoid being charged. If you have not notified me within that time frame, you will be required to pay the rate as follows within the calendar year:

First time: $100.00
Second time: $125.00

If there is a pattern of cancellations, we will discuss if you are able to continue to engage in the therapy process or if it is best to pause working together.

If you must cancel same day, please notify me by text or voicemail.
